Big Sur is a band of three from Moscow with Daria Korableva on drums, Dmitriy Rakin on bass and Valera Saenko on guitar. The name of the band is of course a reference to the Jack Kerouac novel. It serves as an image of iconicaly beautiful and the same time very distant place (although if you remember Kerouac's book, he did not find the place beautiful, but more frightening and sickening).
